A Day of Service at LGC’s September 11 Blood Drive
On September 11, Lorraine Gregory Communications partnered with the New York Blood Center to host a community blood drive in recognition of the National Day of Service and Remembrance.
This day carries profound meaning. As we reflect on the tragic events of September 11, 2001, we also remember the unity, courage, and compassion that defined how our nation responded. Hosting a blood drive on this date was our way of transforming remembrance into action—channeling gratitude for those we lost and honoring first responders, survivors, and military members through tangible service.
Our doors opened to both our team members and the wider community, and together we gave the gift of life. Every unit of blood collected represents hope for patients in need, and the impact of these donations will be felt far beyond our walls.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who donated, volunteered, and supported this event. Your generosity truly made a difference, and your willingness to give reminds us of the enduring power of community.
At Lorraine Gregory Communications, we believe service is at the heart of strong communities. We are proud to continue honoring the spirit of September 11 with meaningful acts that bring people together.
